Our client is a Singapore financial advisory firm licensed by MAS. They are looking for a suitable candidate with experience in training and training administration. 

This is an in-person role with hybrid work arrangements. The work location is in the Kallang Central area, Singapore.

Job responsibilities
  • Implementation and administration of various training programs for all financial advisers, including classroom training and e-learning.
  • Maintaining and improving management reports on advisers’ regulated Training & Competency requirements.
  • Ensuring all internal and regulatory reporting is completed accurately and on time.
  • Deliver briefing to supervisors and advisers on any regulatory changes.
  • Conduct induction training for new financial advisers.
  • Review and recommend changes to improve programs.
  • Assist in Training Grants/Subsidy submission.


Requirements

  • Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 4 year(s) of relevant working experience in a related field.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good initiative, meticulous, well organized and able to work independently.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) skills 
  • Singapore Citizen/PR
