Salary

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with recipes and company standards, maintaining a clean and organised workstation, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure food is prepared efficiently and served on time during service
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and assigned station
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Work closely with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Work Arrangement

  • Straight shift: 8 working hours + 1-hour break
  • 5-day work week
  • Shifts may include weekends and public holidays

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Open to Work Permit (WP), Permanent Resident (PR), and Local candidates
