We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate <\/span>Registered Nurse Manager / Nurse Clinician <\/b>to join the team. As a registered nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, promoting health education, and supporting the healthcare team in delivering optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities<\/span>:<\/b>

  • Patient Care Delivery:<\/b> <\/span>Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Assessment & Monitoring:<\/b> <\/span>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Monitor patient vital signs, progress, and response to treatment.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Treatment Administration:<\/b> <\/span>Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for adverse reactions or side effects.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Patient Education:<\/b> <\/span>Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, post -care instructions, and preventive health measures.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaboration:<\/b> <\/span>Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Documentation:<\/b> <\/span>Maintain accurate and up -to -date patient records, including care plans, progress notes, and incident reports, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Infection Control:<\/b> <\/span>Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections and ensure patient and staff safety.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Crisis Management:<\/b> <\/span>Respond to emergency situations, providing immediate and appropriate care and assisting in emergency procedures when necessary.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/span><\/div><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Qualifications & Requirements:<\/b>

    • Education:<\/b>
      <\/span><\/p>

      • Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Registered Nurse license or eligible to apply for the license with the <\/span>Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as RN or EN<\/b>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Experience:<\/b>
        <\/span><\/p>

        • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Unit Manager, Senior Nurse; OR
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Nurse Clinician
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Specialized experience in areas such as ICU, emergency, pediatrics, O&G, NICU, Oncology, or geriatrics and etc.
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Supervision, Advanced Clinical Practice, Unit Operation Management, Team Management and Leadership role an asset
          <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Skills & Competencies:<\/b>
          <\/span><\/p>

          • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Ability to work in a fast -paced, team -oriented environment.
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare -related software systems.
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards.
            <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • Other Requirements:<\/b>
            <\/span><\/p>

            • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
              <\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing the best possible care to patients.<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Language - Proficient in English is required. Proficient in Malay, Tamil, and Chinese an asset
