The ideal candidate will have expertise in Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, and related integration and migration activities. This role involves working with various teams to ensure seamless data flow and delivering custom solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Report and Script Development: Develop web reports, Live Reports, and OS scripts to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.
- Installation and Configuration:
- Install and configure Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM components.
- Configure Smart UI to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
- Implementation and Integration:
- Implement and configure OpenText Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM solutions according to business requirements.
- Manage the integration between Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, SAP, and Microsoft 365 for seamless data interoperability.
- Content Migration:
- Conduct content migration activities, ensuring data integrity and completeness across Archive Center and Content Server.
- Custom Solutions Development:
- Design and develop custom workflows and solutions within Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM to meet evolving business needs.
- Records Management:
- Apply knowledge of records and physical records management to maintain compliance and data organization standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText development, specifically with Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM.
- Proven expertise in Smart UI configuration and OS script coding.
- Strong background in content migration with an emphasis on data integrity.
- Experience in integrating OpenText solutions with SAP, Microsoft 365, and other platforms.
- Knowledge of records management best practices, including physical records management.
