The Oracle Hospitality Market Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing a cloud growth strategy with the Hospitality Industry Influencer Ecosystem (i.e. resellers, service providers, delivery partner, Industry Consultants, etc.). The objective will be to increase market share, penetrate new markets, find new logos/competitive displacement, and grow solution adoption and Oracle Hospitality's global footprint. The primary focus will be within the Independent and Local Hotel Chain Segment but will also be expected to support all market segments as needed. The In Market Strategist will work closely with both Industry Influencers and Oracle Stakeholders (Sales, A&C, Strategy, etc) to execute the plan and strategy that will drive growth and revenue within both the Direct and Partner Channel Sales Organizations.
Develop Market Growth Strategies: Create go-to market plans focused on growing the Independent Hotel Segment with increased market share, new logos, new markets, competitive displacements, and solution adoption. Work with key stakeholders (Oracle Sales, A&C Teams, Partners) to execute such plans.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Industry Influencers. In addition, ensure the Industry Influencers are meeting the required Expertise, Enablement and OPN requirements to remain an authorized Oracle Partner while ensuring they met the required skills and expertise. Track and Report status and health and develop plans to address any gaps. In addition, work with teams to developed and execute Specific Trainings, Workshops and Strategic Business Reviews.
Recruiting: Develop plans to identify market and growth opportunities to recruit and onboard new Industry Influencers to support the business need(s).
Collaborate with teams: Work with numerous Oracle teams to identify business opportunities and closely collaborate on the planning and execution of the strategy. (i.e., Oracle Sales, Strategy, Partner/A&C Management, Customer Success, etc)
Communicate with stakeholders: Deliver Presentations, status reports and communications to stakeholders at multiple levels (internal and external) on business opportunities, initiatives, programs and overall partner strategy initiatives.
Data Analysis and Market Trends: Use data analytics to identify opportunities for growth, while also staying up to date on market trends, customer and partner behaviour(s) to adapt strategies.
