- Support APAC Partner Management with alignment to global vendor and distributor relationships.
- Assist in achieving commercial agreements, rebates, incentives, and partner program benefits.
- Manage vendor portals, registrations, compliance training, and partner status requirements.
- Coordinate QBR preparation, POS reporting, rebate submissions, and reconciliations.
- Maintain and manage vendor/supplier agreements, data repositories, and documentation.
- Work closely with Finance, Order Management, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
- Support vendor onboarding, sustainability initiatives, and global event sponsorships.
- Help streamline Partner Management processes across the business.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience in partner/vendor management, operations, or channel support roles.
- Strong coordination skills across vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing commercial agreements, rebates, POS data, and compliance requirements.
- Strong data management, documentation, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high‑value commercial or revenue‑impacting agreements.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and contribute effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working across regions and countries, including the ability to travel when required.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a process‑improvement mindset.
