Pega Developer - Fresh Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain Pega applications to support evolving business and operational requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Support application maintenance and ensure systems and infrastructure operate in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of application enhancements and new functionality.
Define and review technical requirements with consideration for system integration, performance, quality, security, and scalability.
Work closely with cloud operations and infrastructure teams to support capacity planning, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current with emerging technologies, development practices, and Pega platform capabilities to support innovative solution delivery.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Beginner understanding in Pega Software Application Development.
Beginner proficiency in Java (Programming Language).
Beginner proficiency in Structured Query Language.
