Primary Responsibilities<\/u><\/b>

\- Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
deviations from specifications<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
\- Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
\- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
corrective actions<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
\- Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
\- Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
products per day etc.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
\- Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
with safety standards<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
\- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re\-work and<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
waste; inputting data into quality database<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
\- NCR data collections and photos taking<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>

\- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.<\/span>

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm<\/span>
