Quality Controller (Assembly)

Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

 Â·   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality meets specifications.<\/span>
<\/p>

• Verify that all assembly processes comply with established quality standards.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Perform functional tests on assembled products to check for defects, malfunctions or inconsistencies.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of inspection results and any corrective actions taken.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Prepare quality control reports<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Perform quality inspections in other manufacturing departments as needed.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauge and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to inspect dimensions and tolerances of components.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Work within a clean room environment, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness standards.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and enhancing product quality.<\/span>

  Requirements:<\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • A diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Certifications in Quality Control<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • At least 2 -3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and clean room protocols is an added advantage.<\/span><\/span>
