Job Description:

   

The RPB APJ Business Manager will lead a team of individual contributors for sub-region or region by monitoring and/or setting performance goals and objectives, staffing program and project teams, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of customer solutions.

The RPB APJ Business Manager Responsibility will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual orders, revenue and gross margins targets for parts sales related to all HPE HW product lines. The sales will go through Parts Distributors/Partners and direct sales to end‐users.

They will need to balance strategic planning and operational execution, including market analytics, channel development, business plans, financial forecasting, regional pricing, discount management, and take the lead to close any order, revenue and gross margin gaps.

The RPB APJ Business Manager will also own execution of RPB Partner program and drive Certified HPE Genuine Parts message and value proposition of Quality Assured in their region.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

    Drive profitable revenue growth and gross margin optimization; risk identification and gap closure action plans;

•    Market & data analytics, including: HW installed base, customer segments, growth opportunities;

•    Understand market dynamics, trends and requirements for the HPE HW Spares sales;

•    Business modelling, strategy and planning for Channel, Pricing, and Products.

•    RPB Distributor/Partner identification, qualification, development and performance management;

•    Regional pricing strategy and alignment across all Routes to Market.

•    Monthly forecasting and budget alignment.

•    Lead annual Distributor/Partner engagement events.

•    Identify grey market competition (refurbished, remanufactured, counterfeit products) and support WW grey market control initiatives;

•    Team leadership, coaching, development and performance management.

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • University degree in Business Management/Marketing (MBA preferred);
  • 10+ years of Services, Sales, Channel Management, Business Development or relevant business experience;
  • 5+ years of successfully leading, coaching and developing teams;
  • Customer facing experience with channel partners and end‐users;
  • Strong business acumen, including forecasting, and financial planning & modelling;
  • Proven track record of success in building collaborative working relationships and exceeding financial & operational objectives.

  • Excellent in relationship building/management
  • Ability to effectively interact, lead and motivate remote employees.
  • Ability to leverage network of contacts to breakthrough barriers and resolve issues for a win‐win.
