Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support for CyberArk PAM project implementation, including onboarding, configuration, testing, and transition to BAU operations, ensuring secure and effective management of privileged accounts.

Participate in project lifecycle activities such as requirements gathering, design validation, planning, implementation, and post-deployment support for CyberArk PAM solutions.

Ensure all CyberArk PAM implementation and operational activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal security policies, and audit standards.

Develop, maintain, and enhance PAM policies, procedures, standards, and implementation guidelines to support both project delivery and steady-state operations.

Apply strong knowledge of privileged access lifecycle management, including provisioning and de-provisioning aligned with RBAC, SSO integration, and Segregation of Duties (SoD), ensuring compliance with access governance and audit requirements during both implementation and BAU phases.
Requirements

Exposure to CyberArk, PAM, or IAM tools.

Understanding of IT operations, system administration, or directory services (AD/LDAP).

Understanding of project lifecycle.

Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.

Understanding of IT security concepts (authentication, authorization, logging).
