Description
Administrative Support:
Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Manage and maintain databases, customer records, and sales documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Sales Support:
Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Monitor sales targets, track performance, and generate sales reports.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the sales and other departments within the company.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners to coordinate sales activities.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of sales updates to relevant stakeholders.
Other Duties:
Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
Assist in budget tracking and expense management for sales activities.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum with A Level qualification or Diploma from any recognised institution
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
