Description
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
    • Manage and maintain databases, customer records, and sales documentation.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  •  Sales Support:
    • Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
    • Monitor sales targets, track performance, and generate sales reports.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Serve as a liaison between the sales and other departments within the company.
    • Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners to coordinate sales activities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate communication of sales updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Other Duties:
    • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
    • Assist in budget tracking and expense management for sales activities.
    • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.


Requirements
  • Minimum with A Level qualification or Diploma from any recognised institution
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
