The Business Analyst will serve as the critical liaison between stakeholders and technical teams for the implementation of the Honeywell solutions for mega projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, ensuring the final BAS solution aligns with the operational needs, safety protocols, and strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, deep technical knowledge of building automation systems, and an understanding of the complex, high-security environment of a major international airport. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales & Strategy Support 

  • Support major sales campaigns, bids, and strategic pursuits, including opportunity assessment, positioning, and deal strategy. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. 
  • Support and help run Management Operating System (MOS) reviews, sales strategy sessions, and leadership updates. 
  • Partner with sales and strategy leaders to understand customer needs, shape account strategies, and support long-term engagement planning. 
  • Drive structured problem solving and strategic discussions with internal stakeholders. 

 

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Attend customer and internal meetings to understand the broader business context and strategic objectives. 
  • Ensure strong meeting preparation, internal alignment, and post-meeting debriefs. 
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional leaders (sales, engineering, finance, operations, sustainability) in a matrixed organisation. 
  • Translate customer inputs and strategy discussions into clear requirements to support negotiations and opportunity execution. 

 

Project & Program Management 

  • Support and manage multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously. 
  • Apply project management discipline including planning, tracking, issue resolution, and execution monitoring. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors, proactively resolving issues and minimising escalations. 

 

Analytical & Strategic Skills 

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to: 
    • Develop business cases 
    • Perform project commercial and scenario analysis 
    • Build customer journey and engagement roadmaps 
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and structuring unstructured problems. 
  • Experience facilitating or supporting design thinking or structured problem-solving workshops is a plus. 

 

Communication & Collaboration 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to: Translate complex analysis into clear executive-level presentations 
    • Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into coherent recommendations 
    • Effective collaborator across functions, geographies, and seniority levels. 
    • Able to adapt communication style to changing priorities and project needs. 

 

Must have

  • 4 years of experience in: Management consulting 
    • Strategy / corporate development 
    • Commercial strategy or sales strategy roles 
    • Experience supporting large, complex deals or transformation initiatives is preferred. 
    • Exposure to B2B, industrial, technology, or solutions-based environments is an advantage. 
    • Analytical & Problem Solving: Demonstrates data-driven thinking, identifies root causes, and develops practical solutions. 
    • Accountability: Takes ownership of deliverables impacting timelines and outcomes; maintains a strong “say-do” ratio. 
    • Integrity & Transparency: Upholds high standards of ethics, compliance, and open communication. 
    • Cultural Fit: Thrives in a performance-focused, meritocratic, and ethical culture, with comfort operating in a matrixed organisation and a metrics-driven environment. 
    • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (analysis, modelling, executive presentations).
    • Familiarity with CRM, sales pipeline tools, or analytics platforms is a plus.
