What You'll Be Doing
1. Sales Operations
Full-cycle sales order processing.
Ensure accuracy in pricing, gross profit, margins, and discounts.
Coordinate purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Track calibration, repair, and service documentation.
Monitor open sales orders to expedite invoicing.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
Manage incoming/outgoing shipments.
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control.
Track rental and loaner unit returns.
Support stock-taking and audits.
3. Office Operations
Maintain office tidiness and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for office services.
Handle mails, calls, and correspondence.
Manage filing systems and asset control.
4. Administration & Reporting
Submit sales and operations reports accurately.
Support staff claims, petty cash, and finance documentation.
Coordinate and conduct WSH management program audits and quality assurance activities to maintain BizSafe Level 4 certification, as well as manage renewals and submissions for government services such as GeBIZ, MOM, MOH, NEA, etc.
Facilitate and support annual company audits.
5. Marketing Support
Assist with marketing activities, exhibitions, and training coordination
What You Bring
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration (Fresh grads with strong interest are welcome!)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude
Immediate availability or short notice start will be a plus.
