Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Finance, National Centres, you will be responsible for the financials of one of the three national centres under NUHS. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Management Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely management reports to provide insights into financial performance, enabling informed decision-making by senior management.
- Annual Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets that align with organisational goals and priorities.
- Finance Business Partner: Supporting the ACOO and the operations team, offering financial expertise and insights to support their strategic initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risk, and opportunities, facilitating proactive measures to enhance financial performance.
- Organisational Efficiency: Contribute to the optimisation of financial processes and systems to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and compliance.
- Any other project as assigned by Finance Director.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial management.
- Proven proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite applications, with experience in data visualisations tools being a strong advantage.
- Highly organised, motivated, and detail-orientated with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Initiative-driven with the ability to work independently and lead projects.
