As a Business Analyst, you will:

1. Business Analysis & Process Design

• Lead interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

• Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization.

• Document and analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.

• Perform organizational, operational, and technology impact assessments.

2. Product & Engineering Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Support product roadmap planning and product strategy discussions.

• Ensure a shared understanding of functional requirements across cross-functional teams.

• Participate in solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and delivery follow-up.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and business documentation.

• Facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

• Work effectively in global, cross-cultural environments.

• Support business decision-making through structured analysis and data-driven recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English, with excellent verbal communication skills.

• Experience using Azure DevOps.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology and software development projects.

• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, discovery workshops, and business process modeling.

• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication.

• Experience working with global teams and executive-level stakeholders.

• Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cognite Data Fusion or the Cognite platform.

• Previous experience in a consulting environment.

• Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, and business intelligence.

• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Scrum (such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSM, or CSM).

• Experience supporting industrial digital transformation initiatives.
