1. Provide academic Support for Undergraduate Degree exam matters such as supporting Board of Examiners meeting and carrying out analysis on examination results and post exam admin work.
   
2. Provide administrative support for students on Overseas Exchange such as assisting with checking of course mapping forms for the different specialisations in overseas partner universities, post exchange support including credit transfer and surveys and preparation of statistical reports on student data.
   
3. Develop a suitable digital media strategy for the different stakeholders of the programme and support in outreach events and assist with communication materials.
   
4. Provide administrative support for the annual admissions exercise.
   
5. Provide administrative support for the updating of student and alumni database to support the accreditation exercise.
   

Requirements

Requirement

• Degree qualification
  
• At least 3 years of working experience
  
• Proficient in MS Office and social media management
