DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- To serve in a dual capacity as both an HR Business Partner for assigned leaders/regions and as the Talent Management specialist supporting the broader Asia business.
- To work closely with and support the Senior Director, Human Resources, Asia to be a strategic people partner to the business.
- To be a trusted advisor to people managers and staff on all HR matters.
- To deliver on people agenda through partnership and collaboration with the HR COEs.
- To be a valued team member within the Asia HRBP team to help shape a high performance culture, foster engagement, and build talents.
- To drive talent management excellence through innovative succession planning, leadership development, and performance optimization strategies as a member of the global Talent Management team.
Core Requirements:
- More than 5 years of solid HR experience with at least 3 years in a HRBP role.
- Experience in Talent Management and HRBP preferred.
- Experience in designing and implementing talent development programs.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and solve complex HR challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a healthy dose of empathy and tact.
- Self-starter, positive and driven.
- Mature in thinking and balance in approach.
- Strong cultural awareness.
