Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Direction

  • Develop and lead social media strategies that align with overall brand and marketing objectives.
  • Translate brand goals into creative campaign briefs and content directions for agency partners.
  • Guide storytelling, content themes, and activation concepts that resonate with our audience and reflect brand identity.
  • Identify growth opportunities across platforms to elevate visibility, relevance, and community engagement.

Campaign & Content Oversight

  • Work with agencies to implement and execute campaigns — providing clear direction and feedback.
  • Ensure all social media content (from visuals to captions) aligns with brand tone, voice, and visual standards.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform innovations, and cultural moments to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Occasionally create or adapt visual assets (e.g., story templates, simple static posts) using design tools when needed.

Performance & Community Growth

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategy refinements.
  • Collaborate with agencies on community-building efforts and meaningful engagement strategies.
  • Partner with the internal marketing team to ensure social media initiatives support broader campaign and business objectives.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, brand strategy, or a related field.
  • Deep passion for and active engagement with social media — you live and breathe platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and stay on top of what's trending, viral, and culturally relevant.
  • A strong creative eye and intuitive understanding of what makes content visually and emotionally compelling.
  • Comfortable working with creative and content agencies — able to give constructive feedback and maintain brand consistency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar — with the ability to create visually compelling social media content as needed.
  • Collaborative, agile, and proactive — thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
