Due to internal mobility, several positions have become available within the team. Consequently, we are currently collaborating with them to recruit for a Senior Supply Chain Planner. This role covers 10 markets across SEA and Oceania.
Responsibilities
Forecasting
- Revise Carry-over (“permanent”) products monthly sales forecast with analysis of sales trend.
- Provide the right support to the Merchandising team during showroom for the buy of new products.
Distribution
- Define the stock targets of the stores and ensure that stock targets are increasing / decreasing in line with the potential and the stock inventory.
- Secure a smooth replenishment of the stores and update distribution parameters when needed.
- Set up the distribution for new stores, organize stock support for opening, renovation and events.
- Constantly strive to optimize lead time and increase reactivity.
Seasonal products management
- Define/manage with Merchandising team the TOP Store priorities to optimize the impact at launch and align the transversal launch scenario with all categories.
- Check visibility and tension of new products before launch and manage priorities to fulfill complex launch strategies.
- Analyze and project the end-of-season Sell Through and implement optimization actions, rebalance the inventory to maximize the sales (two to three times per collection).
- Retrieve the end-of-season stock according to the target planning.
Client order management
- Maintain product status in Order Management System (orderable / non-orderable / under validation).
- Fulfill client orders through stock support, rebalancing, or escalation to Central team, ensuring that priorities are correctly applied.
- Communicate closely with the stores and provide visibility on fulfillment.
Inventory management
- Optimize the stock level in the network.
- Ensure timely rebalancing of overstock and out of offer products.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs: overstock, availability rate, long tail in order to avoid the risk of obsolescence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Operations Management or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, and/or retail fulfilment operations.
- Regional experience in covering SEA and Oceania is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer/data savvy:
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Power BI or equivalent, programming skills (VBA), SAP Experience is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure with the capacity to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

- Team spirit with strong verbal and written communication: ability to simplify and synthesize.
