Consultant.
As
a Senior Solution
Consultant, you will support account executives and meet with
customers and prospects to understand their business issues and
desired outcomes. Once business drivers are determined, you will
develop a solution that will achieve those goals. The Senior
Solution Consultant is expected to build and maintain strong
relationships with clients, as well as the ServiceNow
teams.

Key
Responsibilities

Drive innovative
business solutions and digital transformation with our
customers.
- Consult with
customers and prospects to understand their application
development needs and pain points
- Partner with the
sales leads and others in the ServiceNow ecosystem to
achieve customer success through thought leadership and
driving awareness.
- Conduct business
process and technical workshops that may include enablement
sessions.
- Scope and develop
application development Proof of Concepts/prototypes with
prospective customers.
- Support the
discovery of opportunities and qualification of
leads.
- Provide high-level
ServiceNow demos with minor to moderate configurations to
convey value to clients.
- Lead sessions and
deliver Roadmap with strategic
recommendations.
- Develop solutions
based on scoping sessions; solutions may include software
implementation, advisory services, managed services, staff
augmentation, or training.
- Creation of
quotations with the assistance of Practice
Leads.
- Provide support for
Requests for Proposal (RFPs) regarding the professional
services solution, deliverables, and
estimate.
- Participate in
ServiceNow partnership events.
- Collaborate with
Practice Leads, members of the delivery team, sales team
members to provide input and assist with the development of
internal service offerings.
- Participate in the
Sales to Delivery Transition by providing the delivery team
background and context, notes, process documentation,
proposal, SOW, etc.
- Assist the delivery
team during the Gap Analysis to determine if a requirement
is in or out-of-scope, when necessary.
Requirements
- 5+ years’
experience with functional analysis around
IT software and business
processes.
- Degree or equivalent, preferably
B.E. in Computer Science or IT, and proven
experience in technical consulting roles.

Demonstrated
technical expertise in web technology and the ability to
learn new technology.

Communication and
presentation skills to include technical and business
concepts.
- Certified ServiceNow System
Administrator
- One or more ServiceNow Certified
Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ITIL v3, or v4 Foundations
Certification or in another IT framework (e.g.
COBIT)
- Ability to demonstrate
proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM plus one
additional application suite (ITOM, SAM, ITBM, SecOps,
GRC, CSM, HRSD), required.
Professional skill
requirements
- Writing deliverables
for Proposals and SOW’s, required.
- Leading workshops and
presentations for audiences various sized
audiences.
- General understanding
of APIs, web services (i.e. REST, SOAP, XML), and other
integration methods.

Reviewing process
documentation including diagrams and technical manuals,
required
- Familiar with
Organizational Change Management (OCM)
concepts.
- Working as a part of
a team as well as independently.
- Strong communication
and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail
concerning the big picture.
- Ability to
prioritize and re-prioritize in a fast-paced work
environment while performing tasks and meeting
deadlines.
