About the role

Doctor Anywhere (DA) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager / Senior Manager, Doctors Engagement to drive our Specialist Care Services division’s network expansion and brand positioning within Singapore’s specialist healthcare landscape. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with both public and private sector specialist doctors, building a robust talent pipeline, and enhancing DA’s market presence and credibility.


This role is based in Singapore
and reports to the CEO, Specialist Care Services Division, dotted-line to COO, Asian Healthcare Specialist Group (Doctor Anywhere)



A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Network Development: Proactively identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with specialist doctors across public and private sectors to establish a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment and service expansion.
  • Brand Advocacy & Market Positioning: Develop and execute strategies to promote DA’s brand, build trust and confidence among the specialist medical community, and explore future business partnerships and referral networks.
  • Current Specialist Support: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with DA’s existing pool of specialist doctors, ensuring their needs are met in clinical and administrative support to enhance their engagement and satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Communications Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to design and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, and events to profile our specialist doctors and DA’s offerings in the market.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes; provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Relationship Management Systems: Implement and manage a comprehensive CRM system to track engagements, interactions, and follow-ups with specialist doctors.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Development teams to align engagement efforts with DA’s overall growth objectives.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all engagement activities are conducted in accordance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Event Management: Organize roundtables, workshops, and networking events to foster collaboration and showcase DA’s specialist care capabilities.
  • Professional Development: Stay abreast of evolving best practices in physician engagement and relationship management.


About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in physician engagement, medical marketing, or healthcare business development.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strong networks within the medical community.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills to engage senior-level clinicians and healthcare leaders.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to align engagement initiatives with long-term organizational goals.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem and competitive landscape.
  • Execution-Oriented: Strong project management skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Effective at cross-functional collaboration, with a positive and proactive approach.
