We are seeking a creative, self -driven, and highly organised sales professional to support our regional growth. This role requires a strong ability to understand customer needs, map them to our solutions, and support deal progression through effective lead qualification and engagement.<\/i> Respond to, engage, and qualify inbound leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Follow up on inbound marketing leads, providing relevant information at the right stage of the buyer journey. Educate and develop prospects, leading to a smooth handover to the field sales team when appropriate. Build and maintain target prospect lists and support penetration of key accounts. Identify key stakeholders, research business requirements, and present relevant solutions to initiate the sales cycle. Nurture marketing leads through consistent engagement until they are sales -ready. Drive attendance for webinars, live seminars, and events, and set meetings during conferences where applicable. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategy and campaign execution. Maintain accurate activity, lead qualification, and opportunity details in the CRM system. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in meeting targets and key deliverables. Contribute actively as a team player and support the smooth functioning of the wider sales team. ā<\/b><\/i>Requirements<\/b> Diploma/ Degree holders preferred with 1ā3 years of relevant experience in SaaS, technology sales, customer service or a related role. Fresh graduates or early -career candidates with a strong drive to learn are welcome to apply. Strong ability to understand customer pain points and map business needs to product value. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Comfortable engaging new prospects over phone and email on a daily basis. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time demands concurrently. Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and motivation to achieve goals. Willingness to learn, be coached, and continuously build product and domain knowledge. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast -paced environment. Prior experience using CRM tools is a plus.
