We are seeking a creative, self -driven, and highly organised sales professional to support our regional growth. This role requires a strong ability to understand customer needs, map them to our solutions, and support deal progression through effective lead qualification and engagement.<\/i>

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify inbound leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads, providing relevant information at the right stage of the buyer journey.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Educate and develop prospects, leading to a smooth handover to the field sales team when appropriate.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build and maintain target prospect lists and support penetration of key accounts.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Identify key stakeholders, research business requirements, and present relevant solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Nurture marketing leads through consistent engagement until they are sales -ready.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Drive attendance for webinars, live seminars, and events, and set meetings during conferences where applicable.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategy and campaign execution.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate activity, lead qualification, and opportunity details in the CRM system.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in meeting targets and key deliverables.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Contribute actively as a team player and support the smooth functioning of the wider sales team.

    • Diploma/ Degree holders preferred with 1–3 years of relevant experience in SaaS, technology sales, customer service or a related role.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Fresh graduates or early -career candidates with a strong drive to learn are welcome to apply.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and map business needs to product value.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Comfortable engaging new prospects over phone and email on a daily basis.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time demands concurrently.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and motivation to achieve goals.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Willingness to learn, be coached, and continuously build product and domain knowledge.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.

    • Prior experience using CRM tools is a plus.
