This is a high-ownership role where you will have the freedom to shape strategy, pitch new ideas, and drive innovation across PropertyGuru’s social platforms. You will own our social media narrative for the Singapore business for our consumers and customers, developing content and community strategies that contribute directly to business KPIs.

You will collaborate across marketing, product, and design teams. You will also work directly with agency partners, creators, and influencers to scale our presence in meaningful and measurable ways. You should be fiercely independent and confident executing ideas from pitch to publish with an entrepreneurial mindset.
As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Be the beating heart behind PropertyGuru’s social media strategy and execution across all platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging channels)
Develop and manage a robust editorial calendar that balances content pillars, key moments, campaigns, and cultural trends
Plan, produce, publish, and monitor always-on content including copywriting, creative direction, briefing, approvals, scheduling, and reporting
Lead community engagement with agility and authenticity. Monitor sentiment, reply to comments and DMs, and maintain a strong connection with our audiences
Use insights and analytics to optimize performance. Own social media KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, sentiment, and share of voice
Build and maintain social playbooks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and channel strategies that evolve with the platforms
Lead social strategy for campaigns and product launches including paid support in collaboration with brand, performance marketing, and creative teams
Source, brief, and manage content creators and influencers. Build and nurture long-term partnerships with them to drive brand affinity and engagement
Stay obsessively on top of platform trends, algorithm updates, meme culture, internet moments, and content best practices
Be a strong advocate for social within the business. Report performance, educate teams, and contribute to creative ideation
Knowledge and Capabilities
5 to 7 years of experience in social media or content marketing, ideally in a high-growth B2C or tech company
Proven experience building and managing a social presence for a regional or global brand with a strong portfolio of content and campaigns
Deep platform expertise. You know the nuances of every major social channel (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills across short-form and visual-first formats
Skilled in creative briefing and collaboration with designers, editors, and video teams
Experience working with creators and influencers from briefing and onboarding to campaign execution and relationship management
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Emplifi, Brandwatch, GA) and a data-informed approach to content strategy
Independent, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
Passion for digital culture, social trends, and creative experimentation
Bonus Points
Experience in an agency or managing agency partners
Hands-on visual content creation skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
A strong personal online presence or creative side project that shows your tone and style
