In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Review and process software and system orders in accordance with Emerson requirements, policies, and guidelines.
  • Manufacture, configure, and build specialized software orders supporting multiple business platforms.
  • Validate custom-built orders across business systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and prioritize urgent orders in the EREPPS system, coordinating timely follow-through with shipment teams.
  • Work closely with dispatch teams to ensure orders are packed and shipped in line with established cut-off times and instructions.
  • Prepare and maintain complete and accurate software shipping documentation that meets company standards and country-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Address high‑profile customer inquiries related to shipping delays, documentation, or order issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operational support and service teams to ensure service requests are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Support the achievement of business objectives by meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
  • Independently apply policies, procedures, and processes when managing escalations, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
  • Use sound judgment and industry knowledge to distinguish essential requirements from marketing claims, simplifying complex information without reducing accuracy.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks such as license management, customer mailing agreements, data entry, status reporting, and data quality checks.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation in compliance with company retention policies.
  • Support Distribution Management through software-related assignments and other duties as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
  • Comply with workplace safety requirements, including proper use of PPE, reporting unsafe conditions, and contributing ideas to enhance safety and health practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Strong proficiency with computer applications.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across business and operational systems.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work through ambiguity and handle evolving information effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A structured, methodical approach to managing product lines, including familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOM) and Agile processes.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing competing priorities while maintaining a service-focused mindset.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate and respond to needs efficiently.
 
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • A diploma or degree in a relevant discipline and experience in a fast-paced, computerized distribution or operations environment.
  • Familiarity with process control systems.
