A leading HRMS service provider is looking for a passionate
trainer to join the customer success team, to facilitate the customer
onboarding to the HRMS application. The team is looking to enhance the
end-user’s experience and thus keenly looking for a person with excellent
communication skills who is passionate about training. A keen learner and able
to engage the end user.
Job Description
• To conduct
training for end users (Onsite / Zoom) for an HRMS cloud application.
• Liaise with
the implementation team on training details and arrangements.
• Ensure
Successful customer onboarding with relevant team members
• Degree or Diploma
in IT preferable
• 2+ years of
training and related experience
• Agility,
work ethic and strong team player is required.
• Knowledge
of HR policies and prior similar experience advantageous
Demonstrate a high degree of skill in communication and
positive interactions with end users and team members.
