We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs)<\/b> to join the team. As a registered nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, promoting health education, and supporting the healthcare team in delivering optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities<\/span>:<\/b>

• Patient Care Delivery:<\/b> Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.

• Assessment & Monitoring:<\/b> Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Monitor patient vital signs, progress, and response to treatment.

• Treatment Administration:<\/b> Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for adverse reactions or side effects.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Patient Education:<\/b> Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, post -care instructions, and preventive health measures.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaboration:<\/b> Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Documentation:<\/b> Maintain accurate and up -to -date patient records, including care plans, progress notes, and incident reports, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Infection Control:<\/b> Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections and ensure patient and staff safety.

• Crisis Management:<\/b> Respond to emergency situations, providing immediate and appropriate care and assisting in emergency procedures when necessary.

  • Education:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Registered Nurse license or eligible to apply for the license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as RN or EN<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Experience:<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Minimum of 1 -3 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Specialized experience in areas such as ICU, emergency, pediatrics, O&G, NICU, Oncology, or geriatrics and etc.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Skills & Competencies:<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to work in a fast -paced, team -oriented environment.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare -related software systems.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards.
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Other Requirements:<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Language - Proficient in English is required. Proficient in Malay, Tamil, and Chinese an asset
