- Support in the implementation of efficient and effective warehouse management, ensure it achieves the Company’s sales target, inventory cost control, maximize the utilization of run time and manpower requirement.
<\/li> - Optimize use of floor layout and ensure efficient warehouse space utilization.
<\/li> - Manage receiving and deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy.
<\/li> - Responsible for stock count and variance report to feedback to the management with constructive reaction to reduce recurring variance.
<\/li> - Ensure all warehouse and logistics documentation and reports are timely and accurate.
<\/li> - Responsible for transport management to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
<\/li> - Set KPI and goals for the team with monitoring mechanism in place to measure their performance periodically.
<\/li> - Ensure training & development goal is implemented as per Training Plan.
<\/li> - Ensure customer complaints are handled professionally with speedy action.
<\/li> - To manage operating costs and continuously look for improvement where costs can be reduced while productivity increased.
<\/li> - Compliance to all regulatory procedures in preparation for ISO 9001 & GDPMDS audits.
<\/li> - Back -up to Warehouse Manager in his/her absence.
<\/li> - Any other task assigned by Management.
<\/li><\/ul><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Degree holder in any discipline or diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to plan, organize, lead and manage a team.
<\/span><\/li>- Good leadership to bring the team to greater heights.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong knowledge, able to tackle problems and make quick and appropriate decisions.
<\/span><\/li>- Good strategic plan in operations & business.
<\/span><\/li>- Mentoring and motivating skill.<\/span>
