Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for a sub -system throughout its lifecycle.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Perform engineering requirements analysis.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Provide required technical documentation, including:
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Design Documents (Preliminary, Final)
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Statement of Works for suppliers and external contractors
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Input/output requirements for Interfaces Management
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Input for specialty engineering: RAMS, EMC/EMI, Cyber -Security
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Input for Installation Management
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Operation and Maintenance documentation
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Training material
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Assist the bid team in scoping and costing engineering work packages.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Work with contractors to produce cost estimates and ensure timely delivery.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Report and follow up on KPIs for the sub -system.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Participate in progress meetings.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Analyze and correct Problem Change Requests.<\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>
Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications:
<\/div> - Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline (essential).
<\/div> - Higher degree qualifications are desirable.
<\/div> - Demonstrated engineering competencies for INCOSE CSEP (or equivalent, or ASEP) are highly desirable.
<\/div>
<\/div> Experience:
<\/div> - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an engineering role.
<\/div> - Ability to decipher technical scope from high -level requirements.
<\/div> - Experience with governmental and/or complex IT projects.
<\/div> - Strong oral and written communication skills.
<\/div>
<\/div>Desirable experience:
<\/div> - Experience working on security projects.
<\/div> - Experience within a systems engineering lifecycle.
<\/div><\/span>
Benefits<\/h3>Salary: Up to 8400 SGD per month.
