Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure smooth operation.
  • Work closely with Manager to ensure operation and practices are in compliance with workplace safety and to achieve the assigned KPI.
  • Handle day-to-day operations such as inbound, outbound, and inventory stock taking.
  • Oversee logistics arrangements, including delivery schedule.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to maintain high team performance.
  • Manage inventory and handle administrative tasks like inventory adjustments and scrapping.
  • Conduct a full physical inventory stock take once a year.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse using the 5S methodology.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain and ensure all warehouse equipment is in working condition.
  • Perform and understand SAP transaction (GR / PGI/ DO creation).
  • Manage some of export/import shipments incoming & outgoing.
  • Preparation of invoices and shipping documents pack list process permit if required
  • Other admin COO and Form D, Form E application.
  • Ad-hoc tasks and duties are assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:

-             Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent

-             At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operation, including experience in leading a warehouse team.

-             Possess a valid forklift license.

-             Skilled in computer application & Microsoft Offices.

-             Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-             Work well under pressure and good time management.

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:00pm, Sat: 8:30am-12:30pm)
