The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Area Scientific Education Support Coordinator team member, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Supporting the Dental Solutions Scientific Evidence & Education team in Health Care Compliance processes & documentation requirements.
- Serving as the central point of communication for area support to ensure integrity of systems, operational processes, requirements, and data within the area. Assisting in training internal team members on key processes.
- Supporting the Dental Solutions Scientific Evidence & Education team in checking content review processes.
- Overseeing all payments and reconciliation related to HCP activities, agency work, sponsorships, etc.
- Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations where applicable.
- Preparing, generating and sending contracts for signature upon approval.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Two (2) years of healthcare operational experience with a private, public, government or military environment.
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND Seven (7) years of healthcare operational experience a private, public, government or military environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with Concur, SmartSheet, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, Teams, and DocuSign.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
- Must be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and have strong administrative skills. Has the ability to execute tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- An understanding of the complex world of compliance for Health Care Professional events within a life science company including understanding Meal Caps, Country Laws, Transfer of Value reporting, and other compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible work hours due to global nature of department.
- Dedicated administrative professional with a passion for efficient operations, planning, and organizational support.
Work location: Singapore
