Conducts industry and company research, performs financial analysis of companies and other evaluation related work on multiple asset classes (e.g. listed shares, bonds, derivatives, structured products, properties, etc.) as collateral
Monitors, reviews and analyses regional capital market activities and corporate actions (e.g. IPO, M&A, rights issue, privatisation etc.)
Develops and prepares client presentation materials, mandate letter and termsheets
Assists in managing day-to-day execution of structured finance transactions
Any other project or ad-hoc responsibilities which may be assigned by management from time to time
Who are we looking for?
Numerate, analytical, well organised, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Team player, highly adaptable to a cross-cultural environment and working closely with a multitude of professionals from various nationalities
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this role due to regional coverage
At least 2-3 years of credit and financial analysis experience, preferably from a reputable financial institution
A good degree, preferably in Accounting and Finance, CFA, CA or MBA, from a reputable university
Some security documentation experience would be desirable
Good working knowledge, understanding of companies listed on the regional stock exchanges and candidates with M4A would be advantageous
