Create accurate 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop coordinated BIM models that align with project requirements and deadlines.
Prepare and submit BIM models and related documentation in accordance with local BIM Submission System (e.g., BCA’s BIM e-submission standards) guidelines and protocols.
Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and detail drawings from BIM models with high precision and adherence to design standards.
Conduct clash detection using BIM tools and coordinate with different disciplines to resolve conflicts early in the design process.
Update BIM models regularly to reflect design changes and ensure all drawings and data remain consistent with project developments.Â
Maintain and apply standardized templates, families, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Manage model data and file structures in accordance with the Common Data Environment (CDE) and company BIM standards.
Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure models meet both internal and regulatory BIM standards.
Provide support to team members in BIM tools usage and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM practices within the organization.
Requirements
Diploma in either Civil Engineering, Sustainable Urban Design & Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or equivalent; or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling
Competent in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit
Knowledge of e-BIM submission system
Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience as BIM Modeller/Coordinator for infrastructure works and sub-utilities like drainage/sewerage
