Functional Relationships with: Customers, Sales Sections, Factories, Logistics Department, etc
POSITION PROFILE:
Based in: Singapore
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- works closely with the Sales team to provides support and perform sales activities
- responsible to manage a group of customers, answering customer questions
- Handling complaints, executing the follow up needed for complaints received from customers
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics, and other key data
- Provide administrative assistance which includes issuing or quotation, samples, monitoring of payment etc.
Ability / Competency Required:
- Diploma / Degree in any field with the relevant customer service experience
- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
- Positive attitude in a challenging work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
