Job Description:
- Provide technical service, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers.
- Issue ticket reporting: Process already in place, just follow up on tickets and summarise
- Troubleshoot existing Excel macros, if any. Including data check in troubleshooting process
- Basic mobile solution support, training will be provided
- Basic IT operational support
Requirements
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma/Degree in IT or relevant qualification
- With at least 1 years of Desktop experience.
- Knowledge on Excel Macro (VBA) is a must.
