Key Responsibilities
Digital Operations Management

Execute daily website content uploads, updates, and maintenance (event listings, metadata, digital records)

Process content update requests from internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate event approval workflows in line with established standards

Perform quality assurance checks before publication

Monitor published content for accuracy, consistency, and currency
Analytics & Performance Reporting

Extract and compile performance metrics for weekly reports
-
Support trend analysis and insights from performance data
-
Assist in campaign and funnel performance reporting
Requirements
-
Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, IT or related fields preferred)

Basic data analytics knowledge with ability to interpret charts and trends

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and CSV file handling

Experience or familiarity with content management systems (CMS)

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

Adaptable and quick to learn new digital tools and systems
Duration/ Working hours:
3 months contractΒ
42 hours per week
