Digital Product Developer (Cashew)

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain digital applications and solutions to support business operations.
• Develop low-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Dataverse and Power BI.
• Develop AI-enabled applications and workflow automation to improve productivity and reduce manual processes.
• Gather user requirements and translate business workflows into practical digital solutions.
• Develop dashboards, workflow automation and reporting tools.
• Test, troubleshoot and enhance applications to ensure reliability.
• Prepare user guides, technical documentation and handover materials.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
• Support the full product lifecycle from development and deployment to continuous improvement and maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizen.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships, project portfolios or application development experience are welcome.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs and application development.
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Dataverse, AI application development, databases or Git is advantageous.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and business workflow requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple development tasks.
• Government or public-sector experience is advantageous.

Duration/Working Hours: 

1 year (Oct 2026 - Oct 2027) 

Monday to Friday: 0800 to 1730hrs, excluding Singapore's gazetted public holidays
