We are looking for a Director, Sales - Corporate (Singapore) to join our team!
As a Director, Sales - Corporate (Singapore) we rely on you to:
- Responsible for overseeing multi-property Corporate Business Development (proactive) team
- Responsible for implementing all sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels.
- Develops strategies to secure and/or maintain preferred hotel status for Corporate acounts and optimizes revenue contributions from these managed accounts for all Singapore hotels.
- Solicit and drives transient and group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
- Qualifies prospective clients considering the goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
- Maintains excellent relationships with existing accounts and solicits new business.
- Proactively partners with Business Conversation team colleagues to source new business from within each assigned market and market segment, generating viable enquiries and converting business always with a view to maximize revenue for the hotels.
- Actively supports and executes group wide sales initiatives, eg. Special promotions, Sales Missions, Business Development Weeks, Business Closing Weeks etc.
- Supports the development and maintenance of the client database and all other sales systems. Establishes and maintains up-to-date client profiles in all relevant systems.
