Job Description
Executes drafting work for construction sector in relation to fire safety. The job holder will report directly to the project manager and will be expected to provide sound advice on drawings as well as adhering to BCA's requirements and contacts management.
Job scope:
- Well versed in BIM modelling; Revit, Naviswork and able to translate into 2D drawings
- Able to create Revit Family
- Creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycles; using both BIM and CAD
- Understand CSD, BIM concept details and review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
- Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models and update status of drawings & as-Built submission and material approval
- Supporting and Coordinate Project Team on drawing submissions and approval
- Liaise with site teams for drawing execution
- Creating of SOPs and standardisation of process flow
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in civil engineering or related field.
- Working knowledge of BIM modelling and BCA requirements
- Comfortable to work within construction sites as meetings are conducted within construction sites.
- Independent and able to work well with project manager
- Appetite for organised changes as organisation is transiting from SME to MNC setup.
