We are looking for a high energy individual who understands sales, marketing and promotion. Able to creatively think out of the box to create events for the establishments with partners and brands. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills.
Responsbilities
- Experience with using software system to track and manage events
- Support and participate in creative planning and brainstorming sessions for special events
- Coordinate all aspects with clients and outlets
- Serve as event staff support for onsite and offsite events (occasional nights and weekends)
- Other duties may include ordering/processing taxi vouchers, managing RSVPs for a variety of events, follow up calls to vendors, and ticket distribution
- Work with marketing department team members in defining end-to-end campaign messaging and development of digital and print content and promotions for multi-channel delivery
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the sales
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in the Events/Marketing sector
- Min 3 years experience needed in Sales and/or Marketing positions.
- Skilled in project management.
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented
- A knack for problem-solving
- Customer-service orientation
- A team player with leadership skills
- Motivated and independent individual who is also a good team player.
- BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
