job Responsibilities
Corporate Branding and communications
- Develop and drive a communication plan to promote NHGD corporate branding to the public and potential clients, partners and employees.
- Identify and craft impactful stories for profiling NHGD's services and achievements on its internal and external communications platforms such as NHGD website, Workplace@Facebook, yearbook, etc.
- Conceptualize and develop effective marketing communications campaigns to support business and community outreach needs, including overseeing the design and production of marketing collaterals, banners, posters, Mobile Fleet decals, etc.
- Maintain and update the corporate website to ensure all content is current and relevant.
Media
- Coordinate with the Group Corporate Communications department on any national, cluster, or joint media matters to ensure NHGD is appropriately represented.
Events
- Organize and support corporate events, roadshows, and marketing outreach to raise profiles and enhance corporate image.
Other Duties as Assigned
- Lead / participate in special assignments, cluster projects, and department initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Recognized Bachelor degree in mass communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields with at least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in writing for publications or related media in healthcare settings will be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva to design marketing collateral, posters, and social media content for campaigns and events.
- Experience in updating website content and editing video clips will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well ad in a team, with a passion for excellence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Creative yet meticulous with a flair for writing
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Willing to work on weekends for events/ projects
