Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in planning and executing marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital marketing campaigns and content marketing; to attract new prospects for CapitaLand's portfolio of business and science parks, industrial, logistics and commercial properties

  • Assist in developing and producing engaging marketing content such as long and short-form articles, white papers, ad copies, EDMs, videos, and social media posts, that will differentiate CapitaLand from its competitors

  • Contributing to developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including the Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, to bring in leasing enquiries and leads for CapitaLand's portfolio of properties

  • Write and optimise web copy for SEO; assist with improving the website UI and UX for a better customer user experience

  • Provide support in other digital marketing initiatives

  • Track, analyse, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience, with an editorial background (news or lifestyle) or content marketing experience at an agency; agency experience in lead and demand generation will be advantageous

  • Candidates who have an editorial/content background looking to expand their skills in digital marketing are encouraged to apply

  • Good understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)

  • Excellent written and communication skills, digitally-savvy, enjoys working in a team environment, and keen to learn

  • Meticulous and attention to details

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)

  •  Basic knowledge in photo/video editing preferred
