As a QA/QC Inspector, you will be reporting to Project Manager.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a QA/QC Inspector to join our team in Singapore.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates, monitors and ensures QACI implementation and conduct daily surveillances, verifications and inspections during the production / construction / installation processes.
  • Conducts random quality control and implement inspection surveillances at various project fabrication, construction, installation sites.
  • Ensure successful implementation of Non-Conformance and Corrective Action system.
  • Ensure implementation of agreed quality preventive and mitigation actions on identified quality risks.
  • Ensuring the seamless implementation of the Project Quality plan during the EXECUTE phase.
  • Responsible for ensuring the seamless supports for successfully implementation of QA activities, surveillances, and its deliveries.
  • Ensures Quality deliverables (Inspection & Testing Plan, procedures, training, certification etc.) fit together with site work execution dates for all construction activities.
  • Attends toolbox meetings at regular intervals and proactive reports/intervenes unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
  • Ensuring implementation and execution of Quality Lessons Learned at field.
  • Ensures that Quality/engineering/ procurement/construction with the EPC Contractor at sites is coordinated such that work interfaces and Quality issues are closely tracked and expediently closed out to safeguard HSE, Quality, cost and delivery schedule.

What you’ll have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience (included quality audits) in subsea gas (oil) pipeline project, offshore wind or marine engineering.
  • Obtained completion certificate for Public Works quality management training course organized by the organization in Taiwan, certificate of completion more than 4 years old, and certificate within the last 4 years.
  • Possess Senior Inspector ISO9712 / CSWIP 3.2 or equivalent.
  • Possess NDT (UT, RT, MT/PT and PAUT) experience will be added advantage.
  • Experienced in carrying out quality assurance audit / surveillance inspections.
  • Experienced in method statements, procedures, inspection and testing documentation review.
