Finance Executive (AR) (2-year contract) (Ref: KHXXX)

This position is responsible for the Accounts Receivables function of the company.

The Job
 Be part of the Billing team in the new solution implementation which will involve
system testing, data verification, assessing the billing solution logic, conducting
parallel system run etc
 Be responsible for drafting and preparing the user manual of the new solution
 Involved in the end-to-end billing process of the new billing solution
 Involved in the closure of month-end billing procedure which involves invoice
generation, adjustment, payment or receipt and posting of journal entries to the
accounting system
 Be able to work and liaise with stakeholders from other departments with regard to
billing matters
 Able to provide resolutions when problems surface
 Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The Candidate
 Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification with at least 3
years of relevant experience
 Experience in system implementation
 Detail-oriented, hardworking and a team player
 Good communication skills
 Strong computer literacy, proficient in Excel. Experience in SAP BI is an added
advantage
 Must have a positive attitude, able to communicate clearly, meticulous, analytical
and able to work under pressure
