Global Segment Senior Finance Analyst, Taste Nutrition & Health
The
Global Segment Senior Finance Analyst will be part of the Global
Finance Business Partner (FBP) Function. He/ She will be responsible for
Segment Financial Reporting, Performance Analysis and Planning Process,
working in close partnership with the Divisional FBP and Regional
Finance operations.
The Position:
Business Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monthly
Business Performance Reporting at Segment level with a focus on
Profitability, Capital Optimization & Operating Costs.
- Consolidation
of Specific Segment Reporting and work in close collaboration with FBP
team initiatives to drive profitability and maximize cash
Segment Controlling & Planning Activities:
- Support
in activities to set up Segment Finance Steering framework, drive
standardization and improve the efficiency and quality of the reporting
process
- Global FBP Key User for finance analytical tools and
work in close collaboration with Corporate Controlling, COE &
Regional Finance.
- Support Global Segment Controller in Forecasting, Budgeting & Mid Term Planning
Support in Ad hoc Projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Finance professional with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Does possess strong technical knowledge to effectively manage and influence internal & external key stakeholders.
- Current/Prior experience working in a Manufacturing/Chemical Production business environment is an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication & presentation skills, strong in Planning & Facilitation skills.
- Ability
to be flexible and highly resourceful with strong business acumen with
the ability to source and translate raw information into actionable
strategy and initiatives.
- A natural collaborator with an ability
to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and
externally equipped with a positive can do attitude hands on approach.
