Head of finance & Operations

My client part of a global advertising and PR group is looking for Head of Finance & Operations.

 Reporting to the Group Controller.

Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the internal management and training of current team.
• Reporting to the Board, critical information, (financial management and operational issues) at meetings.
• Day to Day operation of Finance.
• Instil a working culture of high quality, best practice, best performance and continuous improvement with commitment to high customer service.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Budgets and forecasts, maintaining books and records, producing management information and statutory accounts
• Risk management, ensure a disaster recovery strategy and plan is in place and maintained.
• Ensure that the company is compliant with any and all relevant legislation and reflected in policies that align with best practice.

Requirement:

Qualified Accountant with experience of working in an global Advertising/PR group

Hands-on approach.

Strong IT - Systems skills

Excellent project management capabilities.
