● Digital transformation of employees hire to retire cycle (Workday implementation project)
● Teachers professional development path design and implementation project
● Preparation for the next school year (organizational review, recruitment, onboarding)
As our HR Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our organization's growth journey. Working closely with school leaders, you'll spearhead recruitment efforts for both academic and non-academic staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting and implementing onboarding programs to ensure every new member has a seamless and successful start. With a population of approximately 200 staff and managers, you'll serve as a pivotal point of contact, guiding them through a smooth and enriching employee journey.
