Join us as HR Intern, Learning & Development - starting July 2025 (6-month internship)
We are working in a dynamic, open-minded, multicultural and collaborative environment where you will play an important role as HR go-to person for our Educative and Administrative Staff. You will be managed by the HR Business Partner in charge of Secondary School staff with a focus on Learning and Development projects.

Main Responsibilities:
Learning & Development goal: to build better employee experiences and career paths by providing tailor-made learning opportunities and simplifying our processes.
You will help the HR Team and the line Managers to:
● Formalize the IFS training catalogue for 2025-2026 (internal and external courses);
● Optimize the training application, validation process and tools;
● Optimize the data collection and utilization processes;
● Define the training KPIs to measure efficiency and progression;
● Formalize a training feedback collection process;
● Identify new training needs and suppliers;
● Manage partnerships and contracts with our training providers;
● Prepare training reports and update training files;
● Improve the training digital platform in collaboration with the IT department.
Other Responsibilities:
Recruiting goal: to build meaningful candidate and new joiner experiences through qualitative interviews, candidates follow-up and customized onboarding processes.
You will help the HR Team and Hiring Managers to:
● Fine tune their hiring needs;
● Write appealing job descriptions;
● Build IFS’s employer branding within Singapore and also internationally (ex. Participation to job fairs, networking events);
● Shortlist profiles and coordinate interview processes,
● Conduct interviews and identify the right talents;
● Cultivate the candidates: Inform, provide regular qualitative feedback and follow-up;
● Manage offer discussion and contracts preparation;
● Follow-up on offers status with the Hiring Managers/Heads of Departments;
● Launch on boarding processes;
● Support the organization of on boarding days and events.
● Implementation of the change management roadmap : users information, communication, coordination, adoption;
● Preparation of training materials, formats, sessions.
● You are pursuing a Master degree in HR/Business/Management;
● You have excellent interpersonal skills;
● You are a good team player;
● You are fluent in French and English;
● You master Google Suite and Excel;
● You are curious and eager to learn;
● You are detail-oriented and organized.
Working conditions:
● 6-month internship from July 2025
● 42h/week
