Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support client implementation, RFP, and RFI processes.
- Conduct training sessions on cash management products, services, and channels for non-retail clients.
- Provide strong, responsive support to exceptional handling and top-tier clients.
- Promote and guide clients in using Cash Management solutions, including corporate internet banking and alternate channels.
- Manage and coordinate projects to enhance client implementation and service experience.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of cash management products and digital banking channels.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various teams.
- Proactive approach in promoting digital solutions to clients.
- Ability to stay updated on bank products and tailor solutions to client needs.
