Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support client implementation, RFP, and RFI processes.
• Conduct training sessions on cash management products, services, and channels for non-retail clients.
• Provide strong, responsive support to exceptional handling and top-tier clients.
• Promote and guide clients in using Cash Management solutions, including corporate internet banking and alternate channels.
• Manage and coordinate projects to enhance client implementation and service experience.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cash management products and digital banking channels.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various teams.
• Proactive approach in promoting digital solutions to clients.
• Ability to stay updated on bank products and tailor solutions to client needs.
