Job Description Understand the local, regional and global applications by collaborating with country BPs & Global team. Assist in shaping the business requirements to solid business case and turning into the project to execution. Support for project management include resource coordination, documentation, testing, go live preparation. Work closely with the manager to work out the migration plan for country local applications based on global roadmap and put into execution. The candidate in addition is to assist or support technology/infrastructure operation related work. Β Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for local applications transition plan together with the manager and country BP.
Support the successful delivery of migration project through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
Monitoring projects against time, budget, and quality standards.
Business case preparation and support to go through the review process.
Change management for the global rollout project / modification.
Assist in managing the communication with stakeholders.
Collaborate with country BPs to work out the migration plan and assist to align with global team.Β
Support Manager on task as per assign. Β Provide regular updates to reporting manager on status of assignments and arising matters

Experience working with external partners such as customers, and vendors in process improvement projects
Ability to initiate ideas and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Diploma or Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field with at least 3-8 years relevant working experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Experience in leading and managing IT projects
Strong understanding of system integration e.g. EDI, Middleware, FTPβ¦
Preferably with experience managing projects in Order Management, Supply Chain.
